Functions as an end-to-end learning program manager.
Managing an L&D program at scale is one of HR's most administratively intensive tasks: scoping eligible employees, coordinating nominations, tracking responses, sending joining emails, monitoring progress, issuing certificates, and collecting feedback. Then repeating it all for the next batch.
This project automates that entire cycle using AI.

How it works
Agent 1 reads the employee base, groups nominees by HRBP, and sends personalised nomination emails. It then reads form responses, flags special cases, and updates the tracker automatically.
Agent 2 sends day-before reminders, marks attendance after the workshop, and follows up with non-attendees.
Agent 3 scans the vendor's VL report weekly, nudges laggards, issues certificates to completers, and closes each batch.
Learning Program Manager Agent: A live chat interface that reads real-time program data, answers questions in plain English, and drafts emails that open pre-filled in Gmail, accessible at any time from any device.
