The Q&A agent hunts through company policy documents and UAE regulatory references, combines it with employee data, and generates a personalised, user-specific answer. No policy dumps. Just a direct answer based on your profile and your company's actual documents.
Scope of Work: HR Automation, AI, RAP pipleine
Built using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), the agent searches through real Novaris HR policy documents, finds the most relevant passage using a keyword-scoring algorithm (TF-IDF), and passes it to the AI API to generate a personalised, cited answer.
Built end-to-end from scratch: policy documents, retrieval pipeline, interface, and deployment.
This is a portfolio demo built on synthetic data, but the architecture is production-ready. The same system, connected to a live HRIS and a real document repository, is actually deployable! Hope you check out the live site!
